Getting ITS onto Web

is ability to attach metadata like “translatability” to a web content really important use-case?
if so, what has to be done?
- providers of popular translation services (Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, …) needs to see benefit and then change their services and APIs
- HTML5 specification has to be augmented to define standardized way to include selected ITS data categories into web pages
